Each order will be accompanied by an email sent to the address you provided detailing exactly what you will receive in your box.
Shipping Rates Are determined by the weight of the item purchased. Please see your shopping cart for shipping calculator and rates.
Note: Shipping rates valid on online orders only. Incremental charges may apply to domestic and international orders for additional weight and size. For international orders, currency exchange rates may vary at time of shipment, affecting duties and tax.
SHIPPING TIME: ALL Behind the Blue items ship within 2-3 Weeks, unless otherwise noted or on backorder.
EASY 30-DAY RETURNS
Having second thoughts? No worries—we’re here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail back to us within 30 days of the original ship date.
If returning merchandise, please call or text (936) 224-7006 with the reason and we will expect your package and refund you upon receipt of it.
- Apparel, footwear and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Items must be returned within 30 days
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
- Items equal to or more than $500 may not be returned without approval.

Returning an item is simple! Just email us and drop the package in the mail, and we will take care of the rest! Please note your bank may take 1-3 days to process your refund. This is not in our control. Please contact your financial institution for information on processing times.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for deliver of our products, due to high demand. In most cases, it will take much less time.
Our products at this time are shipped via US mail, and tracking is not provided.
